Safeguarding our employees during the coronavirus crisis
As I'm certain is the situation with a large number of us, I've discovered that time has appeared to move at an a lot quicker rate than expected. Toward the start of March (which feels like a lifetime back), I was working from ServiceNow's central station in Santa Clara, California. We were amidst day by day, cross-useful emergency gatherings as the Covid began to clear over the globe. The conversations were focussed around how best to serve our workers who were being affected by the pandemic, and how to get ready in areas where the contamination rates were still low — but set to rise. Three key territories stood apart as being totally essential in protecting our staff: 1) Communicating with lucidity 2) Creating an exceptionally beneficial, completely far off workforce 3) Provisioning revealing abilities for those influenced by the infection.
